Overview:
As one of the leading plastic pipes and fitting manufacturers / distributors in the world, we are seeking a self-motivated Regional Sales Manager committed to strengthening existing customer relationships and generating new business accounts.
This position will join our regional sales team and report to the President. As a Regional Sales Manager the primary responsibility of this position will be to open new business accounts, manage sales reps, increase market penetration, and exceed monthly sales goals. Direct interaction with potential and existing customers is required at all levels to build, maintain, and strengthen existing accounts. This position must have the ability to travel in territory as required.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years of sales experience, preferable in the Plastic Fitting or related plumbing or irrigation industry.
• An existing book of business is preferred but not required.
• Maintain constant contact and follow up with sales rep and potential customers.
• Ability to travel within the designated region as required.
• Traveling within the assigned region is required to promote the company brand, seek new customers, understand their needs and requirements, build a sustainable business plan, negotiate terms in accordance with company policy and most importantly close the deal.
• Have tactful skills and excellent service to close deals and set up new business accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Compensations:
Our company offers a competitive compensation and benefit plan including bonuses if sales goals are met. This is a salary position with an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Paid vacation.
• Salary: We will offer competitive compensation with a commission program, Depending on experience. (Negotiable)
• Health / Dental / Vision / Life insurance (All premium 100% PAID by company), and Paid Vacation & Sick days after 90 days of probation.
• Full time: Monday – Friday (8 AM to 5 PM)
