3rd SHIFT Lumper- 11pm-7:30am – $22.50/hr

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within a warehouse or distribution center environment, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining safety standards. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.
• Assist in shipping and receiving operations, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Utilize RF scanners and cherry pickers for inventory management and order picking processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and address any operational issues.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills related to equipment operation and warehouse procedures.
• Loading and Unloading product from trucks

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the shift.
• Experience with shipping/receiving processes and order picking using RF scanners is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 per hour
