Job Title: Building Janitor
M-F – $19.50 – 7am-3:30pm

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Building Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility. The janitor will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wax floors as needed.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms and kitchens (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
• Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or unclogging drains.

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.
