A technical support representative is a professional who provides technical assistance and solutions to customers who have problems with their dental units.
Some of the common duties and responsibilities of a technical support representative include:
– Assisting customers via phone call.
– Uncovering issues and troubleshooting any problems.
– Recommending what item needs to be replaced in order to get the issue fixed.
– Pulling parts out of the warehouse in order to ship.
– Fix inhouse dental chairs that are returned back.
– Installation on dental units.
