Post-Dispatcher
Will be working out of the guard shack 3:30 pm to 12:00 am Saturday and Sunday.
Pay $24.75
- Distribute work assignments as directed by the supervisor
- Provide necessary support to ensure warehouse and transportation schedules are attained.
- Heavy Interactions with carriers.
- Review carrier paperwork for accuracy
- Maintain necessary documentation and files.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and logical thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good math, language, and reading skills
- Bilingual helpful (Spanish)
- Maintain a clean & safe environment
- Perform C-TPAT procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be proficient in computer programs including Excel and Word
