Job Title: Building Janitor
M-F – $19.50 – 7am-3:30pm
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Building Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility. The janitor will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wax floors as needed.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms and kitchens (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
- Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or unclogging drains.
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.
