JOB SUMMARY |
The Purchasing Administrator is responsible for assisting the Procurement Department with administrative work.

- Send out RFQ for bids
- Prepare data packages for RFQ
- Send out Open Order Reports to Suppliers
- Highlight any problem areas and reports to Procurement Team Leader
- Generate effective communication, good relationships, and a positive image with suppliers and co-workers promoting courtesy, objectivity and fairness
- Liaise with planners to control scheduling of parts to ensure stock levels meet demands while staying within stock level buffers
- Review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)/Withhold tags written against suppliers and relays such
- information to them with corrective action
- Update suppliers with engineering changes and drawings
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Â
- Maintain a safe, secure and legal work environment, adhering to all Company policies and procedures.Â
- Maintain and protect the confidentiality of the Company’s information and products.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience |
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Bachelor’s Degree is desired
