Reports To: Regional Sales Manager & President
Work Schedule: Full time: Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 5:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
•Be a self-starter to reach daily/monthly goals.
•Bringing in new customers to increase sales
•Time management – schedule your territory appointments weekly/monthly for higher % of wins
•Team player work within Core of Values
•Work with Customer Service department daily
•Identify market trends which may affect product technical requirements, pricing, and delivery
•Manage the sales territories and regions as assigned by the company.
•Work on Large Mechanical Contractors to increase both Sales & new suppliers
•Deliver Short / Long term Sales Goals and Monitor sales growth in the region.
•Work to grow the sales and build strong profitability in each state of the region.
•Develop a true understanding of the competition in each state. Have a better understanding of our competitors.
•Responsible to work with management, and work with All departments to have a high level of communication, help assist with a smoother transition within the operation within the company.
General Requirements:
•A Bachelor’s Degree
•5-7 years of sales experience, preferable in the Plastic Fitting or related plumbing or irrigation industry
•Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills in person and over the phone
•Traveling within the assigned region is required to promote the company brand, seek new customers, understand their needs and requirement, build a sustainable business plan, negotiate terms in accordance to company policy and most importantly close the deal
•May have 1-2 overnights a week
•Maintain constant contact and follow up with sales rep and potential customers
•Have tactful skills and excellent service to close deals and set up new business accounts
•An existing book of business preferred but not required
•Experience managing manufacturer representatives in a territory
•Product knowledge from the Plumbing, Irrigation and Waterworks industries
•Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
•Pre-employment testing for background drug screening

This is a salary position with an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life (All premium 100% PAID by company), and also Paid Vacation & Sick days after 90 days of probation.
• Salary: We will offer competitive compensation with a commission program, Depending on experience. (Negotiable)
Salary: 65k – 80k, depending on experience.Â
