Job Title: Lumper
Monday – Friday with Saturdays when needed (Overtime)
2nd shift Lumper
M-F – 3:30pm to 12am

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Lumper to join our logistics warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all product is unloaded and palletized ,meeting quality standards and compliance regulations. Your primary duties will include:

• Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Unloading manually with a team of three all units in the containing
• Palletizing according to forms
• Identifying and documenting any defects or discrepancies and reporting them to management.
• Collaborating with team members to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
• Safely unload and maneuver through boxes and pallets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality assurance standards and practices.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
