 Forklift Driver – 3rd Shift

**Location:** Munster, Indiana

**Shift:** 3rd Shift (11 PM – 7 AM) Sunday- Thursday

**Position Overview:**
As a Forklift Driver on the 3rd shift at [Appliance Company Name], you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move and manage inventory in our warehouse. Your role is crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient handling of appliances and other materials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport products within the warehouse.
– Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
– Ensure accurate inventory management by following established procedures.
– Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues.
– Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
– Assist with stock organization and maintaining a clean work area.
– Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**Requirements:**

– Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
– Ability to work effectively during the 3rd shift (11 PM – 7 AM) Sunday- Thursday.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
– Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy loads.
– Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
