Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembler/Soldering Technician

Location: City of Industry

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm) with mandatory OT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Assembler/Soldering Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and soldering small components, such as circuit boards, ensuring high quality and precision in every product. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and solder small electronic components, including circuit boards, according to specifications and engineering drawings.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure all assemblies meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Utilize soldering equipment, hand tools, and other assembly machinery safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
• Document assembly processes and any discrepancies or issues encountered during production.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve assembly problems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly and soldering, especially with small electronic components, is highly desirable.
• Proficient in the use of soldering tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
