**Job Title:** Entry-Level Customer Service Representative (Appliance Parts Department)

**Job Description:**
The Entry-Level Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner. This role involves assisting customers with a variety of needs, including complaints resolution, troubleshooting assistance, and providing detailed information about products and services offered by the organization. The Customer Service Representative will demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer. Ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and prioritizing customer needs throughout the interaction process are key objectives of this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Answering a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally.
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
– Providing troubleshooting support for appliance parts and related products.
– Offering detailed product and service information to customers.
– Delivering personalized solutions that address individual customer concerns.
– Maintaining a customer-centric approach at all times to prioritize customer satisfaction.
– Collaborating effectively with team members and other departments as needed.

– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
– Previous experience in a customer service role or call center environment preferred.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in basic computer applications and software.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

– Starting hourly rate: $19.00 per hour.
