QUALITY CLERK 1ST SHIFT (6AM-2:30PM)

JOB SUMMARY

  • The Quality Clerk is responsible for assisting the Quality Department with the documentation backlog in the system. They will support the department with administrative duties, as assigned.

SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES:

  • Essential Functions (Other duties and projects may be assigned or requested.) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
  • Support the Quality Department with the documentation backlog in the system
  • Scan data packages and certifications into the system and upload it into UniPoint Assist in printing data packages (ie. drawings, certifications, FAI reports, etc.)
  • Prepare files and perform data entry
  • Work independently and within a team environment to assist in propelling the business toward its goals
  • Maintain a proper filing system Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Other related duties as assigned

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education, Knowledge, and Experience Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required

Experience:

  • Position may be filled by entry-level or experienced candidates

Preferred Skills/Experience: 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Experience with scanning documents
