We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting products to ensure compliance with customer specifications, and for identifying and communicating required adjustments or recommending rejection or rework to the QA/Production Manager. In addition, the Quality Inspector will accumulate data through measurement, organize and record the data gathered on specific quality issues, and assist with the development and implementation of quality inspection plans and sample scheduling. The Quality Inspector will also assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement programs, and help to resolve customer problems. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the QA Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspection of products to ensure compliance with customer specifications
• Approve acceptable products and communicate required adjustments or recommend rejection or rework to QA/ Production Manager
• Accumulate data through measurement, organize and record the data gathered on specific quality issues
• Assist with the development and implementation of quality inspection plans and sample scheduling
• Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement programs
• Help to resolve customer problems
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the QA Manager

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a precision machine shop or tool & die environment
• Ability to read and understand complex blueprints, specifications, and Geometric Tolerancing and Dimensioning
• Good mathematical and analytical skills
• Good decision-making ability coupled with the ability to work on one's own initiative and with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to use precision mechanical and electronic inspection equipment to measure and record dimensional readings

Monday – Friday 
7:00 am to 3:30 pm 

Payrate DOE: 
$20.00 – $40.00/hr.
