Quality Control Technician – This position is a quality control technician and is located in the Quality Control Lab.

Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, samples, and finished goods.
Interpret test results, compare them to referenced specifications to determine if fabric meets specifications, and report questionable test results to supervisor.
Perform visual inspections of finished products.
Knowledge of all necessary quality documentation including specification and job paperwork.
Conduct standard textile testing including fabric weight, count, thickness, and tensile strength. Conduct specialized test as required by specification.
Documenting/Recording Information – Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic form.
Communicating with Supervisors or Peers – Providing information to supervisors or co-workers by telephone in written form, e-mail, or in person.

Computers and Electronics – Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office
Quality Control Analysis – Conducting tests and inspections of products or processes to evaluate quality or performance.

Indoors – This position is located in the Quality Control Lab. There is a requirement to walk through the production plant to inspect looms at various times throughout the day
The typical work day is a combination of sitting and standing for different periods of time
Employee must be able to bend, stretch, and lift up to 20 lbs.
Duration of a Typical Work Week- This position is a four (4) day work week consisting of ten

(10) hours per day.
