Job Title: Fabricator/ Welder

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and MIG weld sub-assemblies as well as MIG weld parts and assemblies to the vehicle.
• Mig welding 10 to 20 gauge steel sheet metal and tubes with occasional parts at ¼”.

• Cutout and bend aluminum sheet-metal parts
• Use of fixtures to assemble parts and panels together
• Some metal-to-metal bonding, sealing, and riveting.
• Assist in assembly of vehicle

Required Skills:

• TIG welding and aluminum a plus but not required.
• Use of basic sheet metal equipment such as shears, brake, drill press, and grinders.
• Use of fixtures.
• Ability to read and follow visual, verbal, and written instructions and drawings.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Experience working with fiberglass/ composite parts is a plus but not required.
• Use of manual, electric, and pneumatic hand tools
• Good workshop practices
